My name is Defné, I am a French artist, born in Paris in 1993.
Whether we’re talking illustration, painting or accessories, most of my work is linked to the music I listen to – mostly on repeat – so I also started to create merchandising for bands that I like.
Songs manage to put words and sounds on feelings.
They have shapes, they have colours.
And trying to get a visual representation of this type of art is something that means a lot to me.
